An outdated post here..Me and the dad went to Mandarin Oriental Hotel weeks ago for the Banyan Tree event.

Honey glazed and marinated corn-fed chicken roll. Poached prawn and scallop with citrus.

This Cantonese Style Steamed Codfish is fantastic god!
Cook with superior soy sauce / young ginger / coriander and baby cabbage.

Sweetened Bird's Nest With Snow Fungus *Red dates / rock sugar syrup*
